By using GoodAvatar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Service Description

GoodAvatar is a software service for creating talking avatar videos from portraits and audio. The service may include image generation, text to speech, credit purchase, task tracking, and video delivery features.

Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login details secure. Please notify us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload content you do not have the right to use
• attempt to break, overload, or bypass the service
• use GoodAvatar for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• resell or redistribute the service without permission
• submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law

Credits and Billing

GoodAvatar uses credits for avatar video generation. Credits are purchased separately and may also be granted as promotional or starter credits.

• Credits are reserved when a task is created.
• Failed tasks may receive a refund according to the refund policy.
• Some helper features may be included in the current workflow and not billed separately.

Delivery and Limits

Generation may take time. Result links and task states may expire or change according to product rules, storage policies, and provider limits.

We may set limits on file size, task duration, concurrent active tasks, or request frequency to protect the service.

Third-Party Services

GoodAvatar relies on third-party providers for storage, payments, email, AI processing, and related infrastructure. Their services are subject to their own terms and availability.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe the service is being misused, if an account is unsafe, or if required by law.

Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided as is and as available. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, GoodAvatar is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated version.
