Overview

GoodAvatar sells credits used for avatar video generation. Because generation uses third-party AI and media services, refunds are limited to specific cases.

When We Refund

We may refund credits or payments when:

  • a generation task fails because of a platform or provider error
  • credits are charged but the task is not created
  • payment succeeds but credits are not delivered
  • a duplicate charge or billing mistake is confirmed

When We Do Not Refund

We do not usually refund when:

  • the video is successfully generated
  • the task is partially used or already in progress
  • the issue comes from incorrect uploads or duplicate manual submissions
  • a chargeback is filed without first contacting support

How Refunds Work

If a task fails, the system will try to return reserved credits automatically. If a payment issue occurs, please contact support with your order number, task ID, and account email so we can review it.
