How many credits does one video use?
Avatar video generation uses 1 credit per second, so a 30 second clip costs 30 credits. Optional add-ons are billed only when you use them: AI portrait generation costs 5 credits per image, generated voiceover costs 0.2 credits per second, and generated music costs 10 credits per song. Supplying an AI-generated portrait and your own audio costs no extra credits.
Can I use my own audio?
Yes. Upload an MP3 or WAV file, or type a short script and generate a voiceover with the built-in TTS option.
What happens to long audio?
The whole audio track is sent to the generation workflow in one pass, so a single voiceover or song becomes a single video. Keep each track within the supported duration for the smoothest results.
What happens if generation fails?
The task is marked failed, the failure reason is shown when available, and all reserved credits are returned to your account automatically. There are no exceptions.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits are valid for 180 days from the date they are added to your account. There is no monthly reset.
