GoodAvatar charges 5 credits per second of generated video. There is no monthly plan. You buy a credit pack, see the estimate before submitting a task, and spend credits only when you generate a video.
A 30-second clip therefore costs 150 credits. At the Starter pack rate ($8.99 for 800 credits), that is about $1.69. At the Studio rate ($58.99 for 8,000 credits), it is about $1.11.
| Clip length | Credits | Starter ($8.99 / 800) | Creator ($28.99 / 3,000) | Studio ($58.99 / 8,000) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 15 seconds | 75 | $0.84 | $0.72 | $0.55 |
| 30 seconds | 150 | $1.69 | $1.45 | $1.11 |
| 60 seconds | 300 | $3.37 | $2.90 | $2.21 |
| 120 seconds | 600 | $6.74 | $5.80 | $4.42 |
The current single-track limit is 120 seconds. Longer projects should be split into separate tracks before generation.
Pay-per-second pricing lines up with the cost of the output. If you make one launch video this month and nothing next month, you do not pay for an unused seat. If you produce a batch for a campaign, the cost scales with the number of seconds you generate.
The trade-off is that you need to watch the credit balance. The create page shows the estimated duration and credit reservation before you submit. If the final clip is shorter than estimated, the difference is returned according to the adjustment rules.
If you want the no-subscription framing first, read GoodAvatar without a subscription. If you want to check the full pack comparison, use the pricing page.
A 30-second clip is the clearest way to judge quality and cost at the same time. Create a video with the 100 starter credits, then decide whether a pack makes sense for your production volume.
